• Patch Tests: Required for certain treatments (lash lifts, lashes tinting, new aesthetic treatments). Please ensure this is booked at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from your treatment total on the day.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• Children & Guests: To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we politely ask that only the person receiving the treatment attends the appointment.
• Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent procedures, or allergies prior to your treatment.
